PRICING

Price of services and other charges are displayed on the price list. 
All prices are subject to change without notice.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable if lost or stolen.

We are not liable to redeem any Gift Certificates that are presented for redemption after the expiry date.

 

APPOINTMENTS

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment. This will ensure that you have the full time for your scheduled treatment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notif us at least 2 hours prior.

SERVICES SATISFACTION

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within 3 days of your original services. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 5 days, please call us to schedule a free repair, Repairs after 5 days will incur charges.

 

We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon.

CHILD SAFETY

Children are ONLY permitted in the spa area when receiving a service.

Children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult. You are liable for any damages caused by your children in the Salon.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal articles including clothing and accessories.

SURVEILLANCE 

​

For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.

HEALTH ISSUES

​

We request that you inform us of any current injury, illness, and medical condition prior to any services. This is to ensure whether or not the service can be safely performed. We are not liable for any harm that could be caused by our service if you do not inform us before the services beings.
